Some of you know I am a bit of a cycling junkie, and I thought I'd share this website of a custom bicycle artist(?).

The company is Land Shark Bicycles and they're rather nice.  Maybe not BMW Art Car nice, but still impressive.

(Also, there is a BMW 3 series (?) running around here in Dallas with a extravagant paint job. If anyone knows of it, I would love more information about it.)

The Cow Goddess Talk

This evening was our Wednesday Night Art Talk evening, and CG Ingram gave a lovely performance/Art Talk for an intimate crowd of admirers. It began with the crowd entering CG's Playhouse in the New Works Space while CG "slept" on the floor, curled up to her blinged out Aprilla scooter, and watching a video. Then after she "woke up", she talked.

It was a personal evening. CG spoke alot about herself - her background and her motivation to perform and to create The Cow Goddess, and told stories about herself, her family and her Art Cars, past & present, her process and her aspirations.

The most insightful comment was her observation about herself that the black & white colors of the Holstein mimic her own personal contradictions between "the dark" and "the light" - the princess and the gothic vampire.

Then we watched more videos.

A lovely evening.
